Senior Compensation Specialist

About the role

Med Surg Solutions (MSS) is seeking a Senior Compensation Specialist to lead HR Operations, Payroll Administration, Compensation & Benefits, and HR Data Governance across its entities in Lebanon, Saudi Arabia, and the GCC. The role ensures accurate, efficient, and compliant HR processes while driving digital transformation and operational excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end payroll administration for multiple GCC entities, guaranteeing accuracy, compliance, and timely processing.
• Manage compensation and benefits programs, including salary reviews, insurance, employee benefits, and payroll reporting.
• Oversee the full employee lifecycle—contracts, onboarding, offboarding, promotions, transfers, and record maintenance.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and statutory requirements in Lebanon and GCC countries, covering visas, work permits, GOSI, social security, and related government processes.
• Maintain HRIS data integrity and spearhead HR process automation and digital transformation initiatives, particularly within Odoo.
• Develop, standardize, and continuously improve HR policies, operational procedures, workflows, and governance frameworks.

Required profile

• Extensive experience in HR operations, payroll, compensation, and benefits within a multi‑country environment.
• Strong knowledge of labor legislation and statutory compliance in Lebanon and GCC nations.
• Proven ability to lead digital transformation and process automation projects.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and stakeholder‑management skills.
