Senior Brand Manager

About the role

800 Storage, the fastest‑growing premium self‑storage provider in the UAE, is undergoing a major rebrand and launching new services. We are seeking a Senior Brand Manager to bring the brand to life across every customer touchpoint, drive integrated campaigns, and ensure brand consistency while delivering measurable business results.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social, content, influencer, PR, and partnership channels.
• Contribute to and shape the overall marketing strategy with market knowledge, campaign learnings, and consumer insights.
• Develop and oversee monthly content calendars and social media strategies, maintaining a consistent brand voice.
• Reinforce and protect brand identity across digital, physical, and multi‑location touchpoints.
• Build and manage relationships with media partners, influencers, and external collaborators to amplify brand reach in the UAE.
• Write and oversee marketing copy in English and Arabic for campaigns, social content, product messaging, and customer communications.
• Brief, coordinate, and manage external agencies, freelancers, photographers, and production teams to deliver on‑brand work on time and on budget.
• Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance, using data to identify opportunities.
• Monitor market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activity to sharpen positioning.
• Manage marketing budgets, tracking spend and linking investment to measurable outcomes.

Required profile

• 6–9 years of experience in brand management or marketing with a proven record of ownership across campaigns, content, and brand identity.
• Deep experience in consumer‑facing industries such as food & beverage, retail, lifestyle, or hospitality.
