Senior BIM Interior Designer

About the role

We are looking for a highly experienced Senior BIM Interior Designer to lead the design and coordination of high‑rise, large‑scale projects such as residential towers, mixed‑use developments, hospitality and premium commercial interiors. The role blends creative leadership with strong technical and construction documentation expertise to deliver projects at the highest design and execution standards.

Key responsibilities

• Develop interior design concepts, mood boards, space‑planning layouts and material selections for high‑rise residential, hospitality, commercial and mixed‑use projects.
• Create and oversee detailed design packages, construction drawings, joinery details, finish schedules and BOQs.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams including architects, structural and MEP engineers, contractors, suppliers and vendors.
• Participate in coordination meetings, resolve design and site issues, and ensure documentation is accurate, buildable and coordinated.
• Support construction sites by reviewing progress, responding to RFIs, checking shop drawings and material submissions.
• Mentor junior designers, enforce company standards and assist project managers to meet deadlines.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Interior Design or Architecture.
• 7–12+ years of experience on high‑rise, large‑scale commercial, hospitality or luxury residential projects.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating technically complex interior projects.
• Excellent communication, leadership and problem‑solving abilities.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD.
• Proficiency in Revit (preferred) and BIM coordination.
• Experience with SketchUp, 3ds Max and Lumion.
• Competence in Adobe Creative Suite.
• Solid knowledge of interior detailing, construction documentation, materials and finishes.
