Senior Associate – Resourcing

About the role

The Resourcing Senior Associate will support PwC Academy’s mission to build a future‑fit workforce across the Middle East. Working within the Talent and Skills Development business, you will help identify, onboard and manage a network of external subject‑matter experts (SMEs) to ensure the Academy’s programmes are staffed with the right expertise.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and engage external SMEs across Lebanon and the wider region.
• Onboard and maintain relationships with SMEs, ensuring compliance with Academy standards.
• Collaborate with internal business stakeholders to understand talent needs for each learning programme.
• Coordinate the allocation of SMEs to projects, monitoring performance and delivering timely updates.
• Support the development of resourcing processes and documentation to improve efficiency.

Required profile

• Proactive, people‑focused attitude with strong stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in talent acquisition, resourcing or related HR functions.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a cross‑functional team.
• Excellent communication skills in English; Arabic is a plus.
