Senior Associate Lawyer – Litigation & Arbitration

About the role

Younes & Associates LLC is seeking a Senior Associate Lawyer to join its Beirut office. The role focuses on litigation and arbitration matters across corporate, commercial, and construction law, serving regional and international clients.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and lead litigation and arbitration files, including drafting pleadings, submissions, and legal opinions.
• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and transaction documents for cross‑border deals.
• Coordinate with co‑counsel and external advisors across multiple jurisdictions.
• Represent clients before courts, arbitral tribunals, and relevant authorities.
• Supervise and mentor junior lawyers, ensuring high‑quality work product.
• Support business development through client pitches and thought‑leadership initiatives.

Required profile

• Strong expertise in litigation, arbitration, corporate, commercial, and construction (FIDIC) law.
• Proven experience handling multi‑jurisdictional disputes and cross‑border transactions.
• Excellent analytical judgment, attention to detail, and ability to meet tight deadlines.
• Effective communication and advocacy skills for advising clients and collaborating with teams.
• Leadership capability to guide junior team members.
