Senior Art Director

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Art Director to shape the visual language of our projects, from AR experiences to social media campaigns. You will lead a multidisciplinary design team, ensuring high‑quality, on‑brand output while collaborating closely with motion designers, editors, 3D artists and developers.

Key responsibilities

• Define and maintain visual style across all deliverables, aligning with client briefs.
• Translate briefs into compelling visual concepts for AR, social media and campaign assets.
• Review, refine and approve designs from the team to guarantee originality and quality.
• Manage design team timelines, priorities and task distribution.
• Collaborate with motion designers, editors, 3D artists and AR developers for cohesive outputs.
• Prepare polished visual materials for client presentations and approvals.
• Mentor designers, providing constructive feedback and fostering skill growth.
• Apply current design, AR and social media trends to enhance visual impact.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in a creative or digital agency.
• Strong portfolio showcasing digital and social campaigns.
• Excellent leadership, communication and presentation abilities.
• Proven ability to guide creative teams and manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
