Senior Art Director

About the role

AGA Communication Network is seeking a Senior Art Director to lead the creative vision for integrated campaigns across multiple brands and platforms. You will translate strategic insights into compelling visual concepts while staying hands‑on with design execution.

Key responsibilities

• Lead creative development for several accounts, ensuring strategic relevance and cultural resonance.
• Conceptualise and drive 360° campaigns, from big‑idea inception to always‑on social content.
• Produce key visuals, social assets, storyboards and motion pieces, maintaining a hands‑on approach.
• Build and nurture client relationships as a trusted creative partner.
• Collaborate with Social, Media, PR, Experiential and client teams to ensure seamless execution.
• Mentor multidisciplinary teams, elevating both craft and creative thinking.
• Lead pitches and new‑business efforts, turning insights into compelling platforms.
• Ensure ideas are platform‑first, channel‑fluid and audience‑centric.

Required profile

• Strong conceptual thinker with a social‑first mindset.
• Proven experience leading 360° integrated campaigns.
• Excellent art‑direction and visual‑storytelling abilities.
• Confident communicator able to present and sell ideas internally and to clients.
• Highly organised, capable of managing multiple projects and timelines.
