Main Missions

• Lead and inspire creative teams to produce high-quality, innovative visual concepts and executions.
• Collaborate closely with Creative Directors (CD/ACD) to optimize workflow, performance, and creative quality.
• Develop, review, and refine creative briefs to ensure strategic alignment.
• Drive business growth by participating in strategic pitches and new project acquisitions.
• Manage multiple projects from initial concept to final delivery, ensuring respect for deadlines and budgets.
• Design comprehensive visual solutions including storyboards, graphic concepts, mockups, and final deliverables.
• Mentor and train new employees to maintain the agency's high standards of excellence.
• Present creative concepts to clients and senior leadership, fostering strong professional relationships.

Profile Required

• Proven experience as a Senior Art Director within a leading advertising agency.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage workloads and mentor junior talent.
• Expertise in outdoor media and experience design.
• Ability to work seamlessly with Account Management and Planning teams.
• Exceptional communication skills for presenting ideas to high-level stakeholders.
