Senior AI Product Software Lead (Full-Stack Nuxt/Node.js)

About the Role

Join Aspire Software as an AI Product Software Lead, a hands-on role where you will bridge the gap between cutting-edge AI integration and robust full-stack development. You will play a pivotal role in building, securing, and scaling critical software solutions within our decentralized, high-growth ecosystem.

Main Missions

• Design and implement high-performance full-stack features using Nuxt 3 and Node.js.
• Develop and maintain secure APIs, ensuring robust authentication, authorization, and secret management.
• Build and integrate advanced AI services (such as Azure OpenAI and Deepgram) into production environments.
• Optimize application performance through SSR, advanced caching strategies, and bundle size optimization.
• Take full ownership of product tickets, from initial conception through to deployment and maintenance.
• Ensure high standards of security and data integrity, particularly regarding cryptography and HIPAA compliance.

Profile Required

• Proven experience as a Full-Stack Developer with a strong emphasis on the Nuxt/Vue ecosystem.
• A "product owner" mindset: you are proactive, autonomous, and driven by end-to-end delivery.
• Strong eye for Front-end design and User Experience (UX).
• Ability to work effectively during US Eastern Standard Time (EST) core hours.
• Experience with real-time functionalities (WebSockets) and AI service integration is a significant plus.

Technical Skills

• Core Stack: TypeScript, Vue 3, Nuxt 3, Node.js.
• Database & Backend: Postgres, Supabase, API Design.
• Security: Practical Cryptography, Authentication/Authorization, HIPAA compliance knowledge.
• Performance: SSR, Caching, Image Optimization, Bundle Management.
• AI Tools: Proficient in using AI coding assistants safely and efficiently.
