Main Missions

• Design, develop, and iterate on AI-first products by directly translating problem statements into functional solutions.
• Engage in rapid prototyping and leverage AI agents to automate design, implementation, and testing processes.
• Conduct deep problem analysis to ensure technical solutions align perfectly with business needs.
• Participate in client demonstrations and articulate design decisions clearly to stakeholders.
• Incorporate direct customer feedback into the product lifecycle to ensure continuous improvement.
• Guarantee both functional and non-functional quality through AI-generated testing frameworks.

Profile Required

• Proven experience in product engineering with a strong focus on AI integration.
• Ability to work in a non-traditional SDLC environment, moving quickly from concept to implementation without rigid story points or phases.
• Strong analytical mindset with a focus on solving real-world business problems.
