Senior AI Engineer - SaaS & Automation Expert

About the Role

Aspire Software is seeking a highly skilled AI Engineer to join our dynamic team in Lebanon. As part of our decentralized model, you will play a pivotal role in designing and implementing complex technical systems that go beyond no-code capabilities, driving innovation across our diverse portfolio of SaaS companies.

Main Missions

• AI-Driven Development Tools: Implement AI for R&D ticket pre-selection, automated ticket quantification, code impact analysis, and automated specification generation.
• Security Engineering: Develop automated solutions for CI/CD failure analysis, vulnerability scanning (OWASP Top 10), and AI-powered log analysis (SIEM/CloudTrail) for anomaly detection.
• AI Product Features: Design and maintain cutting-edge AI functionalities, including LLM integrations, RAG systems, intelligent automation, and custom AI agents.
• Infrastructure & DevOps Intelligence: Automate CI/CD pipelines and implement AI-assisted log collection and pre-analysis to optimize deployment and system reliability.
• Advanced Problem Solving: Handle complex automation escalations requiring custom code and deep system integration.

Profile Required

• Proven experience in designing and deploying complex software systems within a SaaS environment.
• Strong ability to bridge the gap between high-level AI concepts and production-ready code.
• Expertise in integrating Large Language Models (LLMs) into existing workflows.
• Analytical mindset with a focus on security, automation, and scalability.
