Senior Account Manager – A2P SMS Business Development

About the role

Vuxtel is seeking a commercially driven Senior Account Manager to expand its A2P SMS business across the UAE, Africa and other international markets. The ideal candidate will leverage an established network to acquire new clients and partners while nurturing existing key accounts.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and acquire new A2P SMS clients, aggregators, and business partners.
• Manage and grow existing accounts and commercial relationships.
• Develop sales opportunities across the UAE, Africa, and other international markets.
• Negotiate pricing, margins, and commercial agreements.
• Prepare sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and regular performance reports.
• Coordinate with internal teams to support client onboarding and service delivery.
• Achieve agreed revenue and gross margin targets.

Required profile

• Proven experience in A2P SMS, messaging, telecom or wholesale communications.
• Strong sales and negotiation skills with a track record of bringing in new accounts.
• Existing industry contacts and knowledge of international messaging markets.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building abilities.
• Ability to work independently and meet commercial targets.
• Fluent English; additional languages are an advantage.
