About the role

We are looking for a Semi Senior Java Developer to join our fully remote team. You will use your advanced Java expertise to design, build, and optimise complex applications that power innovative projects for global clients.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain high‑performance Java applications.
• Lead small project modules or teams, guiding junior developers and ensuring timelines and coding standards are met.
• Conduct thorough code reviews and enforce best practices for clean, maintainable code.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions.
• Contribute to project planning, estimation, and timely delivery.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of professional Java development experience.
• Proven experience with APIs, Web Services, and database technologies.
• Strong understanding of algorithms, data structures, and basic IT infrastructure.
• Experience designing and implementing software modules for real‑world applications.
• Ability to write and execute unit tests and work with CI/CD pipelines.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
