Seasonal Kitchen Commis

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Seasonal Kitchen Commis to join our kitchen brigade in Beirut. You will support food preparation, maintain hygiene standards, and assist the team in delivering high‑quality dishes during the busy season.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare kitchen equipment and assemble ingredients for menu items.
• Execute simple food preparations and assist with plating.
• Support receiving, checking, and storing of goods.
• Maintain clean and hygienic storage areas, equipment, and workstations.
• Handle waste and linen according to safety procedures.
• Participate in briefings, training sessions, and uphold personal hygiene standards.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Preferred HACCP certification.
• Previous experience in an F&B kitchen environment.
• Fluent in the local language and English, both written and spoken.
• Ability to work as part of a team, stay organized under pressure, and communicate effectively.

Required skills

• HACCP knowledge or certification.
