Schools Success Manager (Beirut, Lebanon)

About the role

Slangit is seeking a Schools Success Manager to join its team in Beirut. The role is full‑time and hybrid, focusing on building strong relationships with schools across Lebanon and ensuring the successful adoption of Slangit’s AI‑powered education platform.

Key responsibilities

• Onboard new schools and coordinate training sessions for educators and administrators.
• Provide ongoing support to help schools meet their educational and operational objectives.
• Monitor platform usage, collect feedback, and work with internal teams to improve products and services.
• Organise school visits, lead regular check‑in meetings, and support recruitment of additional partner schools.
• Manage multiple school accounts, prioritize tasks, and follow through on commitments.

Required profile

• Background in education, training, or teaching with experience supporting or coaching educators.
• Experience in school or program administration, including coordination, planning, and stakeholder management.
• Exposure to recruiting or outreach activities targeting schools or education partners.
• Strong communication and presentation skills in French, English and Arabic.
• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Business or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Willingness to travel within Lebanon for school visits and in‑person meetings.

Required skills

• Comfort working with technology platforms; familiarity with edtech tools or AI‑based solutions is a plus.
