SAP SuccessFactors Specialist (Techno-Functional)

About the role

KPMG Middle East is looking for a highly skilled SAP SuccessFactors Techno‑Functional Senior Analyst to join its HR Technology team. The role focuses on translating business requirements into technical solutions, implementing and optimizing SAP SuccessFactors, and driving innovation in HR technology.

Key responsibilities

• Convert complex business requirements into clear technical specifications.
• Lead and support SAP SuccessFactors implementation, configuration, and optimization (version 25.5).
• Organise and oversee UAT and system testing for new releases.
• Provide expertise across SAP HCM modules, including Employee Central, Core HR, Recruiting, and Payroll.
• Perform advanced data analysis using Excel and large datasets; PowerBI knowledge is a plus.
• Contribute insights on AI innovations in HR technology.
• Ensure solutions align with HR processes and best practices.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with structured, strategic thinking and clear communication.

Required profile

• 3‑6 years of experience as a techno‑functional consultant in SAP SuccessFactors.
• Strong expertise in SAP HCM, Employee Central, Recruiting, and Payroll modules.
• Prior involvement in SAP SuccessFactors implementation projects is advantageous.
• Advanced Excel skills; PowerBI experience is a plus.
• Excellent analytical abilities to interpret large data sets and identify trends.
• Solid understanding of HR processes and global best practices.
• Proactive, structured, and strong communication skills.
