SAP Real Estate Management Consultant

About the role

We are looking for a SAP Real Estate Management (RE‑FX) Consultant to join our team in Cairo. The consultant will configure, implement and support SAP RE‑FX solutions covering property contracts, leasing, sales and portfolio management.

Key responsibilities

• Gather and analyse business requirements for real estate, leasing and facility management.
• Design end‑to‑end process flows and prepare functional specifications.
• Configure SAP RE‑FX objects such as real estate objects, business partners, lease‑in/out contracts, rental agreements, portfolio structures and occupancy management.
• Support lease accounting in line with IFRS 16 and ASC 842, including recurring postings, rent reviews and index‑based adjustments.
• Integrate RE‑FX with other SAP modules and external systems, and coordinate enhancements with technical teams.
• Conduct system testing, data validation and user‑acceptance testing, and provide training and knowledge transfer to key users.
• Participate in pre‑sales activities, contribute to solution proposals and assist stakeholders in continuous process improvement.

Required profile

• Proven experience implementing and configuring SAP Real Estate Management (RE‑FX) solutions.
• Strong understanding of lease accounting standards (IFRS 16, ASC 842).
• Ability to translate business requirements into functional specifications and process designs.
• Excellent communication skills to work with business stakeholders and technical teams.

Required skills

• Integration of SAP RE‑FX with other SAP modules.
• Lease accounting processes compliant with IFRS 16 and ASC 842.
• Functional knowledge of real estate objects, contracts, portfolio and occupancy management.
