Salesforce Functional & Technical Consultant (Bilingual French/English)

About the role

We are looking for a bilingual Salesforce Functional & Technical Consultant to join our team in Jal El Dib. You will act as the bridge between client business needs and Salesforce technical solutions, delivering end‑to‑end implementations for enterprise customers.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, gathering and documenting business requirements.
• Design, configure, and customize Salesforce solutions (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, etc.) aligned with best practices.
• Lead projects from discovery through deployment, ensuring timelines, quality, and client satisfaction.
• Support integrations, data migration, automation, testing, UAT, and post‑go‑live support.
• Collaborate with developers, admins, and business stakeholders to deliver scalable solutions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field.
• Fluency in French and English (spoken and written) – mandatory.
• Proven experience as a Salesforce Consultant (functional, technical or hybrid).
• Strong understanding of CRM processes and Salesforce architecture.
• Excellent communication, analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
