Retail Agent – Floater (Multiple Locations)

About the role

The Retail Agent – Floater supports DHL Express service points across Lebanon, handling customer inquiries, processing shipments, and promoting value‑added services. You will act as the front‑line representative, ensuring a seamless experience for both internal and external customers.

Key responsibilities

• Answer customer questions by phone and at the counter with a courteous, professional attitude.
• Accurately process shipments, enter data, and generate correct airway bills.
• Promote and sell DHL’s value‑added services such as insurance, Import Express, and TDD.
• Handle customer complaints, seeking resolution with minimal manager involvement.
• Ensure all shipments are manifested by shift end and related documents are imaged for clearance.
• Capture customer details accurately in the relevant systems.
• Work flexible shifts, including nights, and be willing to cover multiple locations as needed.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• Previous experience in a customer contact centre or telesales environment.
• Strong customer‑centric mindset with excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast‑paced environment.
• Fluent in English and Arabic.
