Restoration Production Manager

About the role

Join SERVPRO of Wilson County as a Restoration Production Manager and lead the delivery of high‑quality restoration services. You will oversee customer experience, coordinate crews, and ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget.

Key responsibilities

• Manage customer interactions and ensure overall satisfaction.
• Develop project scopes, review estimates, and negotiate approvals.
• Schedule crews, subcontractors, and resources for active projects.
• Coordinate and oversee restoration services on‑site.
• Maintain accurate job files and documentation.
• Control production expenses, equipment, and material assets.
• Enforce safety and risk‑management guidelines.
• Train, develop, and lead production/restoration personnel.

Required profile

• High School Diploma/GED required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of operations experience and at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
• Strong interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills.
• Experience in cleaning, restoration, or construction is preferred.
