Restaurant Manager

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager to lead one of our vibrant dining concepts in Beirut. This full‑time, on‑site position will ensure smooth daily operations, high guest satisfaction, and consistent delivery of our brand’s culinary standards.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day front‑of‑house and back‑of‑house activities, ensuring seamless coordination.
• Manage staff schedules, hiring, training, and performance coaching.
• Monitor guest feedback, resolve issues promptly, and maintain high service quality.
• Control inventory, manage cost‑control measures, and support budgeting and financial reporting.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
• Collaborate with marketing to promote the venue and drive traffic.

Required profile

• Strong focus on customer satisfaction and ability to handle feedback effectively.
• Proven experience in restaurant or hospitality management, preferably in a fast‑paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with guests, team members, and leadership.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Relevant diploma or degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field is a plus.
