Remote Sales Development Representative

About the role

A fast-growing, YC-backed sales organization with offices in Beirut, San Francisco and London is hiring remote Sales Development Representatives. You will run campaigns for globally recognized brands and fast-growing AI companies, selling AI and technology solutions across international markets. You will work with 15+ products across 20+ markets and use proprietary in-house sales technology.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct high-volume outbound cold calls using a dedicated in-house dialer.
• Engage decision-makers and strangers, understand their needs and present relevant value propositions.
• Qualify prospects and book high-quality sales meetings likely to be attended.
• Represent multiple client campaigns across technology, software and AI products, learning each campaign's product, audience and messaging before outreach.
• Handle objections and unexpected questions without relying heavily on scripts.
• Maintain consistent calling activity for long periods and record call outcomes, prospect data and booked meetings accurately.
• Work toward individual and team targets for calls made, meetings booked and attended, and use coaching and feedback to improve conversion rates.
• Collaborate with sales leadership and other SDRs; high performers may take on leadership roles managing teams of up to 15 SDRs.

Required profile

• Fluent English at C1 level or above, with excellent spoken communication, pronunciation, listening and conversation skills.
• Confidence talking to strangers by phone, resilience against frequent rejection, and strong motivation and competitiveness.
• Ability to make cold calls consistently for several hours per day and to switch quickly between products, audiences and offers.
• Coachability, discipline and reliability in a target-driven environment.
