About the role

We are seeking a remote French‑English bilingual customer support representative to assist our global shoppers. You will handle voice calls and live‑chat inquiries, turning issues into positive experiences while representing our brand with professionalism and cultural sensitivity.

Key responsibilities

• Provide timely, friendly support in French and English via phone and chat.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of remote or online experience in customer service.
• Fluent verbal and written French and English.
• Calm and solution‑focused under pressure.
• Familiarity with e‑commerce and CRM environments is a plus.

Required skills

• Experience with Gorgias, Zendesk, Shopify, or similar support tools.
• Knowledge of CRM systems.
