Remote French Bilingual Customer Support Representative

About the role

We are looking for a Remote French Bilingual Customer Support Representative to assist our global customers in French‑speaking regions. You will handle inbound calls and live‑chat inquiries, turning issues into positive experiences while working from your home office.

Key responsibilities

• Provide friendly, timely support in French and English via phone and chat.
• Troubleshoot customer issues with a solutions‑first mindset.
• Document all interactions accurately in our CRM.
• Identify recurring trends and share feedback to improve processes.
• Collaborate with team leads to stay aligned on priorities.
• Represent the brand with professionalism and cultural sensitivity.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of remote or online customer service experience.
• Fluent in both French and English, written and spoken.
• Calm and solution‑focused under pressure.
• Familiarity with e‑commerce and CRM environments is a plus.

Required skills

• Experience with Gorgias, Zendesk or similar ticketing platforms.
• Knowledge of Shopify or comparable e‑commerce tools.
• Proficiency with CRM systems.
