Remote Career Advisor (English/Arabic)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Career Advisor to join our fully remote team. In this position you will research diverse professional fields, guide clients through their career journeys, and develop personalized plans that help them secure their ideal roles.

Key responsibilities

• Research various professional sectors and produce concise briefs for internal use.
• Conduct comprehensive onboarding sessions to capture clients' backgrounds and aspirations.
• Identify suitable job titles and craft tailored CV structures aligned with target positions.
• Design and deliver interview training programs customized to each client.
• Interview industry recruiters to gather insights and keep knowledge up‑to‑date.
• Plan daily job‑application schedules across multiple platforms and monitor application statuses.
• Address client objections, turning concerns into positive outcomes.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless client experience.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of experience in recruiting, career counseling, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of recruitment processes and HR practices.
• Fluent in English and Arabic, with the ability to switch seamlessly between both languages.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Highly extroverted, quick‑thinking, and detail‑oriented.
• Reliable, adaptable, and committed to continuous learning.
