Relationship Manager – Wealth Management

About the role

I&C Bank is looking for an experienced Relationship Manager to join its Wealth Management Department. The role focuses on building and expanding long‑term relationships with high‑net‑worth clients while driving asset gathering and revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, manage and grow a portfolio of high‑net‑worth clients.
• Leverage an existing network to support asset gathering and business expansion.
• Assess clients’ financial objectives, risk profiles, liquidity needs and investment preferences.
• Design and recommend tailored investment and wealth‑management strategies.
• Monitor portfolio performance and propose suitable investment solutions.
• Promote the bank’s investment, wealth‑management, trust, estate‑planning and banking products.
• Identify cross‑selling opportunities across the bank’s product suite.
• Prepare and deliver professional client presentations, investment proposals and portfolio reviews.
• Collaborate with internal investment, banking, compliance, legal and operational specialists.
• Ensure full compliance with AML, KYC, regulatory requirements and internal policies.

Required profile

• 6–10 years of experience in asset management, private banking or wealth management.
• Established book of high‑net‑worth clients with a proven record of asset gathering and revenue generation.
• Strong market network and ability to develop new client relationships.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration or related field; MBA, CFA or CFA Level III preferred.
• Deep knowledge of investments, portfolio management, wealth planning, trust and estate products, and banking solutions.
• Excellent presentation, communication and public‑speaking abilities.
• Client‑focused, proactive, commercially minded and results‑driven.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office.
• Experience using CRM platforms.
• Familiarity with financial systems and data‑analysis tools.
• Use of AI‑enabled productivity and presentation tools.
