Relationship Manager - Trading and Investing

About the role

MultiFi International Ltd is a multi-asset trading company offering access to global markets across FX, CFDs, indices, commodities and digital assets. Its Relationship Manager grows and retains the client base in Lebanon, attracts new clients, manages high-value relationships and delivers a compliant, end-to-end client experience.

Key responsibilities

• Attract and onboard new clients through personal networks, referrals, events and face-to-face meetings, and build a strong local client pipeline.
• Support client activation and early-stage engagement to drive trading activity.
• Manage a dedicated client portfolio with personalized, proactive account support and regular in-person meetings.
• Monitor client activity and re-engage inactive or declining clients; handle requests and escalations end-to-end.
• Keep clients informed about products, platform updates and market or regulatory changes.
• Support KYC, Source of Funds and AML requirements with Compliance, ensure compliance with internal policies and regulations, and escalate risk or compliance concerns.
• Maintain knowledge of products, platforms and financial markets and stay updated on industry trends.

Required profile

• 1-3 years of experience in relationship management, sales or client-facing roles in financial services, brokerage, banking or fintech.
• Bachelor's degree required; finance or business background preferred.
• Excellent Arabic and English communication (French a plus); willing to travel locally for client meetings.
• Knowledge of trading platforms or financial markets is a strong advantage; financial certifications or investment licenses a plus.
