About the role
We are a growing real estate development company in Jal El Dib looking for a motivated Real Estate Sales Executive. You will be the primary point of contact for prospective buyers, guiding them from initial inquiry through to closing, while representing our projects with professionalism.
Key responsibilities
- Receive and manage inbound leads generated by company marketing efforts.
- Meet with prospective buyers to assess their needs, budget, and preferences.
- Present company projects compellingly and maintain strong client relationships throughout the buying process.
- Conduct property presentations and site tours.
- Guide clients on unit selection, pricing, and payment plans.
- Negotiate and close sales in line with company pricing policies.
- Prepare and process sales agreements and reservation forms.
Required profile
- Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal abilities.
- Self‑motivated with a strong drive to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Confident presenter capable of selling from a defined project portfolio.
- Valid driver’s license and personal vehicle.
