Real Estate Consultant – Property Advisor

About the role

Cedar Keys Estates is seeking motivated professionals to join its team as Real Estate Consultants and Property Advisors. You will work in a hybrid setting, assisting clients throughout the entire property transaction cycle while contributing to the growth of the company’s residential and commercial portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Assist buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants throughout the property transaction process.
• Conduct property viewings and client meetings.
• Generate new leads through networking, referrals, and digital platforms.
• Maintain an up‑to‑date portfolio of available properties.
• Negotiate offers and facilitate successful transactions.
• Build lasting relationships with clients and provide exceptional customer service.
• Stay informed about market trends and property values.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree preferred (Business, Marketing, Real Estate, Economics, or related field).
• Sales or customer‑service experience is an advantage.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong negotiation abilities.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple clients.
• Fluency in Arabic and English.
