Real Estate Consultant

About the role
This full‑time hybrid position is based in Matn District and focuses on helping clients buy, sell, and rent properties. The Real Estate Consultant will act as a trusted advisor, delivering market insights and ensuring client objectives are met.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct property tours for prospective buyers, sellers, and renters.
- Manage property listings and keep them up to date.
- Negotiate contracts and facilitate successful transactions.
- Provide market analysis and insights to clients.
- Maintain strong, long‑term client relationships.
Required profile
- Proficiency in real estate practices and property knowledge.
- Strong sales and negotiation abilities.
- Capability to deliver effective training to clients or team members.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Familiarity with the Matn District real‑estate market (preferred).
- Experience in customer service or client relations.
- Relevant real‑estate certifications are an advantage.
