About the role

This full‑time hybrid position is based in Matn District and focuses on helping clients buy, sell, and rent properties. The Real Estate Consultant will act as a trusted advisor, delivering market insights and ensuring client objectives are met.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct property tours for prospective buyers, sellers, and renters.
• Manage property listings and keep them up to date.
• Negotiate contracts and facilitate successful transactions.
• Provide market analysis and insights to clients.
• Maintain strong, long‑term client relationships.

Required profile

• Proficiency in real estate practices and property knowledge.
• Strong sales and negotiation abilities.
• Capability to deliver effective training to clients or team members.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Familiarity with the Matn District real‑estate market (preferred).
• Experience in customer service or client relations.
• Relevant real‑estate certifications are an advantage.
