Real Estate Broker – Full‑time On‑site

About the role
We are looking for a dedicated Real Estate Broker to join our team on‑site in Beirut (and Maten). You will guide clients through buying, selling, and renting processes, ensuring a smooth and satisfying experience from start to finish.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and update property listings across all channels.
- Conduct property tours and showcase properties to prospective buyers and renters.
- Negotiate contracts and terms on behalf of clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand and meet their real‑estate needs.
- Stay informed about market trends and local neighbourhoods.
Required profile
- Proven experience in brokerage and real‑estate transactions.
- Strong sales and customer‑service skills.
- Solid knowledge of real‑property principles.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Familiarity with the local real‑estate market and surrounding areas.
