About the role

Terra Home Real Estate is looking for a commission‑based Real Estate Agent to join its team in Kaslik. You will guide clients through buying, selling, and renting processes, ensuring a smooth and satisfying experience.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct property tours and present listings to prospective buyers or renters.
• Assess client needs and recommend suitable properties.
• Negotiate contracts and facilitate transactions.
• Prepare and update property listings.
• Monitor market trends and provide clients with current market insights.

Required profile

• Strong knowledge of real‑estate transactions (a plus).
• Proven sales and customer‑service experience.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal abilities.
• Self‑motivated with solid time‑management and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid environment.
• Fluency in multiple languages is advantageous.
