Quality Assurance Tester

About the role

We are seeking a Quality Assurance Tester to join our development team in Batroun. The role focuses on ensuring the stability, performance, and overall quality of our web and mobile applications through both manual and automated testing.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze project requirements to confirm they are testable and well‑defined.
• Create, maintain, and execute test cases, test plans, and test scenarios.
• Perform automation testing for web and mobile applications using modern frameworks.
• Conduct API testing to validate backend services.
• Identify, document, and track bugs using Jira.
• Collaborate with developers to reproduce issues and verify fixes.
• Participate in sprint planning, reviews, and QA estimations.
• Ensure releases meet quality standards before deployment.
• Maintain clear and structured QA documentation.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a QA Engineer.
• Strong understanding of QA methodologies, processes, and best practices.
• Hands‑on experience testing both web and mobile applications.

Required skills

• Jira for bug tracking.
• Automation tools such as Cypress, Playwright, Selenium, or Appium.
