Quality Assurance Engineer

About the role

Neo Technologies is seeking a Quality Assurance Engineer to join its fintech and digital investment team. You will ensure the reliability and performance of a range of software products, from web applications to API services, in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute test strategies, including automation, performance, negative, compatibility, and environment testing.
• Design test cases that verify user stories, marketing requirements, and system specifications.
• Maintain and expand automation scripts for web and API testing using existing frameworks.
• Collaborate with developers, business analysts, product managers, and support teams to clarify requirements and document test results.
• Perform QA activities across web, web services, and messaging components, handling large data volumes.
• Execute smoke, regression, system, and integration testing in multiple browsers and environments within an Agile workflow.
• Report, track, and follow up on defects using JIRA.
• Support live releases, ensuring quality standards are met before deployment.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to solve complex problems.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
• Experience working in an Agile development environment.
