Quality Assurance Analyst

About the role

We are looking for a passionate Manual QA Engineer to join our R&D team in Beirut. The Quality Assurance Analyst will ensure the quality of Equadis’ SaaS product by testing new features, validating functionality and supporting a seamless user experience.

Key responsibilities

• Understand functional requirements, define test plans and timelines, and create test cases using TestRail.
• Manually execute test cases, document defects, track their resolution in Jira and verify fixes.
• Collaborate with developers to align testing priorities and communicate issues.
• Identify regression areas and design regression test suites.
• Assist with stress and performance testing when needed.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Engineering, Business Administration or related field.
• 1‑5 years of experience in a Quality Assurance role within an Agile environment.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and French.

Required skills

• Test management tools: TestRail, Zephyr, PractiTest.
• Bug tracking tools: Jira, Bugzilla, Trello, Asana.
• Documentation tools: Confluence, Notion, Excel.
• Basic knowledge of PostgreSQL, Java, JavaScript, HTML and SQL.
