As a Purchasing Supervisor at the Four Seasons Hotel Beirut, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our guests receive nothing but the best by managing the seamless procurement of high-quality goods and services.

Missions principales

• Support the Purchasing Manager in the daily management of all procurement activities.
• Ensure the timely supply of goods and services while maintaining the highest quality standards.
• Optimize costs and negotiate favorable terms with suppliers to ensure best value for money.
• Strictly adhere to Four Seasons' ethical standards, procurement policies, and cost control procedures.
• Collaborate closely with various operational departments to anticipate and meet their specific needs.
• Monitor inventory levels and maintain accurate records of all purchasing transactions.

Profil recherché

• 2 to 4 years of proven experience in hotel purchasing or materials management.
• Previous experience within an international luxury hotel brand is highly preferred.
• Strong understanding of OS&E (Operating Supplies & Equipment), FF&E (Furniture, Fixtures & Equipment), F&B, and Engineering procurement.
• Must hold a valid Lebanese work permit (Lebanese national or ID holder).
