Purchasing & Logistics Coordinator

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Purchasing & Logistics Coordinator to manage the end‑to‑end movement of goods from suppliers to customers. The successful candidate will ensure timely, accurate shipments while balancing cost efficiency and service quality.

Key responsibilities

• Select and negotiate with transportation providers and Logistic Service Providers (LSP) to achieve optimal cost and delivery times.
• Prepare and verify customs documentation for import and export compliance.
• Maintain up‑to‑date customs entry data in Dynamics NAV.
• Conduct freight audits and allocate freight/duty costs to the Finance department.
• Communicate delivery status and discrepancies across Management, Warehousing, Sales, and Finance.
• Develop and update process improvement plans, SOPs, checklists, and guidelines.

Required profile

• 6‑8 years of experience in purchasing, logistics, or supply‑chain coordination within a fast‑paced B2B environment.
• Strong knowledge of order fulfillment processes and Incoterms.
• Ability to work independently, set priorities, and make decisions with minimal supervision.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and a solution‑oriented attitude.
• Willingness to adjust working hours to meet workload demands.

Required skills

• Experience with ERP systems such as Dynamics NAV, Oracle, or SAP.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, especially Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, data merge).
