About the role
We are looking for an experienced Project Manager/Quantity Surveyor to work on a part‑time or freelance basis, preparing Bills of Quantities for architectural, interior and landscape projects.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare accurate and detailed Bills of Quantities (BOQs) for projects.
- Develop and compile project specifications and tender documents.
- Collaborate with design teams and clients to ensure alignment.
Required profile
- Minimum 5 years' experience in BOQ preparation.
- Strong knowledge of architectural, interior, and landscape projects.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Excel.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD.
