Project Manager – Marine & Port Infrastructure

About the role

We are seeking an accomplished, technically driven Project Manager to lead high‑stakes marine and port infrastructure projects in Brazzaville. The ideal candidate is a seasoned civil engineer with a proven record of managing multidisciplinary EPC projects from concept through handover, ensuring safety, quality, and cost‑efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Direct end‑to‑end project lifecycle management, including planning, execution, and handover of marine infrastructure.
• Provide technical oversight for structures such as quay walls, jetties, revetments, and floating pontoon systems.
• Manage multidisciplinary teams, subcontractors, and consultants to ensure seamless site operations.
• Implement project controls, including scheduling (Primavera P6), budget management, and risk mitigation.
• Ensure compliance with international maritime standards (e.g., PIANC, FIDIC) and stringent HSE regulations.
• Coordinate procurement, logistics, and technical submittals to maintain fast‑track construction schedules.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (Master’s degree or PMP® certification is a strong advantage).
• 12+ years of construction experience, with at least 5 years focused on marine and port infrastructure.
• Proven expertise in marine heavy civil works such as piling, breakwaters, dredging, and coastal protection.
• Advanced proficiency in Primavera P6, AutoCAD, and MS Project.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic; French proficiency is desirable.
• Strong leadership experience managing large‑scale, multicultural, multidisciplinary project teams.
