Project Manager – Event and Exhibition Design

About the role

We are looking for a talented and detail‑oriented Project Manager to lead event and exhibition design projects, overseeing the process from concept creation to final client presentations.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients to understand their vision, goals and requirements, and develop innovative concepts, mood boards and 3D renders.
• Develop and manage detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets and resource allocation, ensuring milestones are met on time and within scope.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates, addressing concerns and delivering compelling final presentations.
• Coordinate with designers, 3D artists and technical specialists to ensure cohesive execution and high‑quality deliverables.
• Oversee final quality checks and guarantee that designs meet client expectations and industry standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Event Management, Design, Interior Design, Architecture or a related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in the event industry, preferably with interior design or architecture background.
• Proven track record of managing event or exhibition design projects from concept to completion.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.

Required skills

• Strong understanding of design processes, including concept development, 3D rendering and technical documentation.
• Proficiency with project management tools and software.
