About the role
We are seeking a highly organized, detail‑oriented Project Coordinator / Dispatcher to join our on‑site team in Ghadir, Jounieh. The role manages evening operational workflows, coordinates job execution, assigns field technicians, and ensures real‑time system tracking and documentation.
Key responsibilities
- Monitor active projects, track job progression, and conduct timely follow‑ups to ensure completion.
- Schedule, allocate, and dispatch technicians based on operational requirements and priority needs.
- Maintain internal software, logs, and job records accurately updated in real time.
- Communicate efficiently across teams to maintain smooth workflow delivery during shift hours.
Required profile
- Good verbal and written English proficiency.
- Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and structured in execution.
- Fast learner capable of adapting quickly to internal software and workflows.
- Strong team player with a problem‑solving mindset.
- Full availability for the on‑site evening shift (4 PM to 1 AM) in Ghadir, Jounieh.
