Production Manager – Signage Manufacturing

About the role

Signs and Beyond is seeking a full‑time Production Manager to lead its signage manufacturing operations in Bsalim. You will oversee the entire production flow, from job intake through final delivery, ensuring projects meet quality, safety, and schedule requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and adjust daily production schedules, assign tasks, and monitor workflow to meet deadlines.
• Coordinate material purchasing, manage inventory, and liaise with vendors for supplies and equipment maintenance.
• Review work orders and design files, communicate with sales and design teams, and track job status.
• Resolve production issues, maintain organized project records, and enforce safety procedures.
• Drive continuous improvement by standardising processes and training staff on best practices.

Required profile

• Strong background in production or operations management, preferably in manufacturing or signage environments.
• Proven ability to lead teams, provide performance feedback, and conduct training.
• Excellent organisational and time‑management skills with a detail‑oriented, quality‑focused mindset.
• Effective communicator able to collaborate across design, sales, and installation functions.
• Physical ability to stand for extended periods and perform moderate production‑related tasks.
