Production and Architecture Consultant – Client Services

About the role

Murex is seeking a Production and Architecture Consultant to join the PAC team within Client Services. You will work directly with European, Middle‑East and African clients, ensuring the MX.3 platform runs smoothly, securely and efficiently.

Key responsibilities

• Size and recommend infrastructure hardware based on client requirements.
• Design and support disaster‑recovery site strategies.
• Implement platform security measures, including encryption of data in transit and at rest.
• Lead performance and non‑functional testing activities.
• Assist clients in building monitoring dashboards using APM tools.
• Provide robust technical solutions that meet client specifications and ensure MX.3 maintainability, scalability and testability.
• Handle production issues through CRM support cases and build strong client relationships.
• Collaborate with development and other client‑service teams to drive product improvements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering or Computer Science.
• 2‑4 years of relevant technical experience.
• Strong analytical mindset and passion for problem‑solving.
• Ability to work under pressure in operational and support environments.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Detail‑oriented team player capable of collaborating across regions.
