About the role
Shaffra is seeking a dynamic Product Owner / Project Manager to drive its AI trainer product. You will act as a bridge between sales, product, and delivery teams, ensuring smooth coordination of client opportunities and project execution.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate leads, prospects, and client opportunities with the sales team.
- Track follow‑ups, proposals, meeting actions, and next steps.
- Capture client requirements and translate them into clear internal notes.
- Manage handovers between sales, project management, and delivery teams.
- Maintain sales records, project trackers, timelines, and documentation.
- Organize client meetings, demos, discovery calls, and follow‑up tasks.
- Provide management with visibility on opportunities, blockers, and priorities.
Required profile
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Proactive attitude with attention to detail.
- Interest in AI, SaaS, technology, and client‑facing work.
- Arabic language proficiency is mandatory.
Required skills
- Experience with Jira.
- Experience with Notion.
- Experience with HubSpot.
- Experience with Confluence.
