Product Development Manager (Cybersecurity)

About the role

The Product Development Manager (Cybersecurity) will lead the design, development, and market launch of innovative cybersecurity solutions. Leveraging emerging technologies such as AI, automation, and quantum computing, you will turn technology concepts into scalable products that meet market demand.

Key responsibilities

• Research and evaluate emerging technologies to identify new cybersecurity opportunities.
• Develop, enhance, and commercialize cybersecurity products, solutions, and managed services.
• Create proofs‑of‑concept, prototypes, demos, integrations, and automation workflows.
• Assess commercial feasibility, security impact, and business value of solutions.
• Manage the product lifecycle from development through market launch and drive adoption.
• Collaborate with Sales, Business Development, and Technical teams on positioning, go‑to‑market strategy, and customer engagements.
• Lead, coach, and mentor the Presales team to ensure high‑quality proposals, demos, and PoCs.
• Support vendor partnerships, certifications, and strategic alliances.

Required profile

• Proven experience in product development and commercialization within the cybersecurity domain.
• Strong leadership skills with a track record of guiding presales or engineering teams.
• Ability to translate customer needs into product enhancements and new solution opportunities.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills across cross‑functional teams.
