Procurement Manager

About the role

Berdawni Natural Mineral Water is seeking an experienced Procurement Manager to lead its purchasing activities in Zahle. You will be responsible for evaluating suppliers, negotiating contracts, and ensuring that all purchases meet cost‑efficiency and quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with company objectives.
• Maintain optimal stock levels by coordinating with internal departments and forecasting demand.
• Source new suppliers, manage existing relationships, and negotiate pricing and terms.
• Oversee the full purchasing cycle: review requests, issue purchase orders, and monitor deliveries.
• Maintain accurate records of inventory, purchasing, and pricing.
• Verify receipt of goods and completion of services using GRN, delivery notes, and job confirmations.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and proper documentation procedures.
• Monitor procurement costs, lead times, and coordinate supplier payments with accounting.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years experience in a procurement or supply‑chain role.
• Strong knowledge of supplier evaluation, contract negotiation, and inventory management.
• Ability to work Monday‑Friday 7:00 AM‑4:00 PM and Saturday 7:00 AM‑12:30 PM.
