Photographer & Videographer

About the role

We are seeking a creative Photographer & Videographer to join our Marketing team at The Smallville Hotel. You will be responsible for capturing and producing visual content that showcases our hotel, restaurants, events and lifestyle experiences across digital platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Capture high‑quality photos and videos for hotels, restaurants, events, and lifestyle content.
• Plan and execute creative photo and video shoots.
• Edit photos and produce professional video content for social media, digital campaigns, and promotional materials.
• Create short‑form content for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and other digital platforms.
• Collaborate with the Marketing team to develop concepts and campaign visuals.
• Ensure all content aligns with the brand’s identity and quality standards.
• Organise and maintain a digital asset library.

Required profile

• Proven experience in photography and videography.
• Strong portfolio showcasing commercial, hospitality, lifestyle or social‑media content.
• Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects under deadlines.
