Pharmacy Operations Manager - Qatar

About the role

We are seeking a highly skilled Pharmacy Operations Manager to oversee pharmacy operations in Qatar from our regional office in Beirut, Lebanon. The role focuses on ensuring efficient, compliant operations while maintaining high standards of patient care and service quality.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic plans to optimize pharmacy operations and enhance service delivery in Qatar.
• Ensure compliance with Qatar's healthcare regulations and pharmacy practices.
• Manage inventory, supply chain, and financial aspects of pharmacy operations.
• Lead and mentor a team of pharmacy professionals, fostering a culture of excellence.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to streamline processes and improve operational efficiency.
• Analyze performance metrics and implement data‑driven solutions to boost productivity and profitability.
• Oversee quality control measures and maintain high standards of patient safety and care.
• Liaise with regulatory bodies, healthcare providers, and key stakeholders in Qatar.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and innovations to drive continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or related field; Master's degree in Healthcare Administration or Business Administration preferred.
• Licensed pharmacist with 8‑15 years of experience in pharmacy operations management.
