Pharmacist – Retail Skincare

About the role

Helwé, a high‑end Lebanese skincare brand, is looking for a qualified pharmacist to work on Saturdays in its boutique locations. You will combine your pharmacy expertise with a passion for beauty to guide customers toward personalized skin‑care solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct in‑store skin consultations and recommend products tailored to individual needs.
• Educate customers on ingredient benefits, usage instructions, and product layering concepts.
• Drive sales through cross‑selling, upselling, and promotion of new launches.
• Maintain customer records, manage CRM entries, and send routine follow‑up messages.
• Oversee product inventory, perform stock checks, and coordinate replenishment.
• Design attractive visual displays and arrange stand layouts.
• Prepare daily sales reports and share customer insights with the team.
• Support marketing initiatives by providing on‑the‑ground feedback and creating in‑store content.

Required profile

• Pharmacy degree (Doctor of Pharmacy or equivalent).
• Strong interest in skincare, cosmetics, and beauty trends.
• Fluent in French, English, and Arabic.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM systems.
• Inventory management experience.
• Ability to generate sales reports.
