Performance Marketing Executive – Paid Social

About the role

The Performance Marketing Executive – Paid Social will join Ad-vert Communications in Tripoli to plan, launch and optimise paid social campaigns for multiple client brands. Working closely with account managers and creative teams, the role focuses on executing approved media plans across major social platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Set up and launch paid campaigns on Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, Snapchat, YouTube and other relevant platforms.
• Configure campaign objectives, audience targeting, budgets, placements, schedules and geographic parameters.
• Monitor delivery, spend and performance through platform‑specific ad managers such as Meta Ads Manager.
• Continuously optimise campaigns based on KPIs, testing audiences, creative formats, placements and messaging.
• Maintain budget discipline, pausing or adjusting ads when performance issues arise.
• Collaborate with Account Managers, Social Media Managers and Creative teams to gather briefs, assets and tracking links.
• Document campaign details, budgets, dates and results, and produce clear performance reports.
• Identify and resolve issues related to ad account access, payment methods, pixel tracking or policy compliance.

Required profile

• Hands‑on experience executing paid social media campaigns for brands.
• Strong familiarity with Meta Ads Manager and a working knowledge of TikTok Ads Manager.
• Ability to interpret campaign data and make data‑driven optimisation decisions.
• Detail‑oriented approach to budget management and reporting.
